All orders will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving your payment, subject to approval. We accept credit cards, PayPal, money orders and personal checks.  Money orders must be verified at the bank and personal checks must clear the bank before an order is shipped, usually less than 5 business days.

Standard Delivery:

We use the United States Postal Service for all shipping.

United States including APO/FPO addresses - Priority Mail with delivery confirmation

All Other Countries - Air Letter Post

Insurance is included for all orders totaling $200 or more

Expedited Shipping:

Available for an additional charge. Please contact us at sales@digbysonline for rates.

International Duties & Customs:

There may be duties and taxes imposed on your order. These fees are charged once they arrive in your location.  Check with you local Customs office for those charges. The value amount for customs declaration is the amount you paid for the total order, before shipping.

Returns and Refunds:

Please notify us within three days of receipt of your order if you are planning to return your purchase. All returns must be postmarked within seven days of receipt.  The customer is responsible for return shipping, insurance and delivery confirmation, we are not responsible for lost returns . Credit will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the item, original tags must be returned to receive full refund.

If the reason for the return is due to any error on our part, return shipping will also be reimbursed.
